Gather beneath the glow of the Full Moon for an evening of slowing down, tuning in, and moving in rhythm with nature. As day fades into night, we soften, breathe, and return to ourselves.
This 5-week series weaves fluid movement, grounding breath, and reflective stillness, guided by the lunar cycle and themes of release, renewal, and intention. Expect a gentle, all-levels flow that feels nourishing and expansive.
Come as you are. Move as you need. Leave feeling clear and connected.

Join us for a six-week jazz dance series built to grow your technique, confidence, and performance quality in a high-energy, supportive space. Each week spotlights a different element—musicality, dynamics, turns, jumps, floorwork, and style—expanding your movement vocabulary while strengthening your foundation.
Classes include a dynamic warm-up, across-the-floor progressions, and choreography that brings the focus to life. You’ll sweat, smile, and build artistry as skills layer week to week.
All levels welcome, with modifications and progressions to meet you where you are. Tuesdays, 7–8pm. Join us for a single class or stay for the full journey, there’s a place for you here.

Breath-led sequences build gentle heat, awaken strength, and create space in the body, keeping you connected to each inhale and exhale. Throughout class, you’ll settle into longer-held, grounding postures that invite release, flexibility, and nervous system calm — space to soften and simply be.
A balanced blend of effort and ease, strength and stillness, leaving you open, grounded, and restored.

When the air turns crisp and evenings arrive early, step into a space of steady warmth. This heated practice invites you to thaw, soften, and reconnect as gentle heat surrounds each intentional, grounding flow.
The warmth encourages deeper flexibility and sustainable strength, helping the body open safely while building heat from within. Sweat becomes a release; strength and softness meet.
Open to all levels with supportive options, this 4-week Thursday series (7–8pm) offers refuge from chilly fall nights and a chance to feel fully in your body.
